Supports:
Tops can all be printed without supports
Base can also be done without supports but organic supports (everywhere) are strongly recommended
Hardware:
raspberry pi 4b
XL6009 boost converter (for 12v fan and led strip)
40mm fan (Noctua NF-A4x10 12v version)
basic 12v rgb LED strip
USB SSD adapter

SSD (any decent brand should be fine)

Notes:
- All screws are M3x8mm except for the back right attachment screw of the top plate overtop of the pi which should be at most 6mm long
- Backlit top is a two color print (I used white and clear PETG)
- server is thin enough to fit on a 1U shelf
- Using some small transistors and the HACS rpi gpio add-on I am controlling both the fan and LED strip using home assistant automations
- The fan turns on and off every few minutes based on the processor temp to keep it at or below 110 F
- The LED strip is set up to turn on for a few minutes when the processor use goes above 5%, acting as a simple cpu load indicator
- I used 12V (uniform color) RGB led strip for this along with an XL6009 voltage booster to bring the 5V pi voltage up to 12V for the led strip, fan, and their control transistors
