Hello everyone!
so this is my first "thing" here a life-size Assaultron Head.
it's based on the Dual lens design Assaultron, like P.A.M or Ada.
I took some freedom with the details so this is not a one to one copy of the in-game model!

it was an ongoing Projekt for me to learn how to 3D print and designing things so that they would assemble and 3d print well.

Since Thingiverse demands an STL file, i exported the entire thing as one big STL file DO NOT PRINT THAT FILE!!!!
Use Sketchup (freeware) with the STL plugin to export the parts you want OR to look around how it all fits together or even to modify it!

the lenses I used are cheap video lenses from HAMA (i will try to figure out which ones those where and update the description as soon as I find out.
the lenses in the SketchUp file are just dummies witch the OG proportions of the real-life lenses

I outfitted mine with some speakers, a microphone, a webcam, and some lights/LEDs.
and I will design a conversion kit for an Arduino Uno and some servos so the head becomes a simple animatronic

feel free to use this in your projects, to modify it or to do whatever you want with it, I just wanted to share it :)
