Information

The goal of this project is to create a closed marble run track. Since this is a modular project, I had to create a modular lifting system. With this chain lifting system, you can raise it as high as you want.

The project is currently under development. The ultimate goal of the project is to connect a motor to the chain, so that it no longer needs to be operated manually.

Model components

Chain

A component that allows marbles to climb up. It is recommended to print at a 100% fill rate to achieve greater durability.

Lift base

The position where the marble enters the elevator.

The top of the elevator

The position where the marble comes out of the lift

Wheel

The wheels that drive the chain to move. Print two of them.

Axle

Connect the wheels to the lever. Print two of them.

Leverage

Operate the position of the lift. Print two copies.

Assemble

Base

Place the wheel in the middle with the correct orientation, then insert the axle, and finally connect the lever.

Top

Place the wheel in the middle with the correct orientation, then insert the axle, and finally connect the lever.

Chain

Push each link into the previous link. Then, pass the chain through the lift and connect the two ends.
