I recently got my hands on the original Raspberry Pi 1 Model B, but I couldn't find a protective case design that I really liked, so I decided to make one myself.

Update (v2):The opening of the micro-USB port has been enlarged to solve a problem in the v1 version, that is, unless the cable is particularly thin, some cables cannot be fully inserted.

This protective case is designed to be compatible with most heat sinks and ensures that the connectors do not protrude from the protective case.
RCA cables with a maximum diameter of 12.5 mm can be directly plugged in without removing the protective case.

The protective case features a snap-on design, which allows for secure assembly. However, when using the Rev.2 version motherboard with mounting holes, the cover can also be secured with screws.
In this case, please use M3 self-tapping screws or M2.5 screws.
