The Z lead screw for my Prusa MK3S came with a stripped nut so I designed and printed a new one (8mm). Works perfect! I recommend printing this at a high resolution to ensure the threads come out good. No supports are needed, I printed it at .07mm layer height on a Prusa MK3S.
