A 3D-printed version of a traditional hairpin. This product features a three-piece modular design: two symmetrical wing-shaped components that interlock with each other, and a central mounting rod. The interlocking mechanism ensures that the wings stay perfectly aligned while providing a firm grip for various hair types. Stylish and sculptural, it can be directly printed. All three components are arranged on a single printable sheet. Although this model was successfully prototyped with PLA to achieve clear details and snap-fit rigidity, the design was also optimized for TPU experiments. Print
