Heatset brass insert stand for holding the soldering iron and making sure vertically it stays. I ordered wrongly 6mm linear rods and LM6UU bearings. So I modelled the stand to use the parts that would otherwise be gathering dust.

Everything I designed from ground up because all the heat insert stands use linear rails.

Every part has a M6 holes for mounting the nylon fishing line and spring, or rubber band or whatever elastic to have the tension controlled.

I have not yet printed it but because I will be building Voron 2.4 350 mm I will have to build it to make the heatset insert work easy. Intended material is PETG but any plastic will suffice.

The holes for rods should probably be cleared with a 6mm drill bit or press fit.
