CAD mockup of the 1203bb PWM brushed motor controller since nowhere on the internet seems to have a solid idea of the dimensions. 

This model has been measured from a physical board. The shaded volume is a minimum clearance area occupied by the electronic components. This is specifically for the version with the direction switch (Example 1 2 3 4); it might match the similar board without a switch but I don't know for sure.
