On  GMs LS3 there is a breather that goes behind the intake manifold to the valve cover.

Should be printed out of flexible filament. I used TPU and it seems to be holding up to the temperature and blow by gasses just fine. I ran into heat soaking problems when printing one, so I printed two to increase time per layer.

hopefully this can save you from needing to purchase the whole breather tube assembly.
