Take one of the plates of the triangle (part7) and insert the filleted hole in the base's axle. Then insert an external axle of appropriate length, and then add the 39.3mm part in the base axle and the 39.4mm (part with triangle holes) in the external axle inserted in the base. Then in the 39.3mm insert the axle with a cylinder on it, and then slide the 61.9mm part and then lock it with the other part of the axle, then insert that into the foot and lock it using a washer.Then connect the 39.4mm part to it using an external axle and lock it using a washer.Then slide the 50mm and 61.9mm parts is the 15mm part and lock that as well. Then slide the connected 15mm part into the base and then connect the top cover of te base and lock it using washers. Im really sorry but this is the best i could do.
