I wanted to make a smaller robot similar to Jimbo the Robot with fewer pieces and a simpler design. Xavibot stands just over 5in tall.

Same basic idea. Very tight press fit octagonal pins and circular holes. (May need a hammer)

Everything prints without supports except the feet, hips, and shoulders.

Joints at the shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, and ankles. Also rotates at the neck and waist.

Infill and wall thickness are entirely your call. I like my figures to feel strong and somewhat substantial.
