Regarding
Do we really need another calibration model? Of course, why not!

CaliCar is a small calibration printout that weighs only about 15 grams. It tests many aspects of your printer, challenging and fine-tuning its performance.
Test:
- Flow rate ratio/tolerance
- Ringing test
- Bridge test
- Pendulum/part cooling test
- First-layer adhesion
- The first layer of fine details
- Fine details
- Press-fit test
- Hole test
- Hurry up! How quickly can you print out another one?
Below are some detailed instructions for the tests, so that you know what aspects you need to pay attention to.
Size
You can use a caliper to measure the print to check its dimensional accuracy.
The dimensions are as follows:
- Length of the car: 70.00 mm
- Car width: 25.00 mm
- Steering wheel diameter: 12.50 mm
- Wheel diameter: 15.50 mm
- Side tube: 4.00 mm
Bridge testing
- There is a bridge test on the right inner wall, and the door area is clearly visible, making it easy to inspect.
- The bridging distance exceeds32 millimetersTherefore, it might be challenging.
Pendulum test
- There are some steep overhangs to test, especially the supercharger and the steering wheel, and to some extent, the headlights as well, but these should generally be no problem.
Press-fit test
- You can connect the two cars together for a press-fit test, and they are connected through side pipes and corresponding incisions on the other side of the car.
- If you can't connect them together, you might have extruded a bit too much material.
Flow rate ratio/tolerance
- The tolerance test is 0.20 mm. The wheels should be able to rotate and not get stuck on the car.
- The wheels are removable and can be replaced on another CaliCar.
- If the extrusion amount of your print is too high, the wheels may get stuck and not be able to rotate.
Ringing test
- The CaliCar text is located at the bottom of the car, but since the test is printed sideways, it is actually printed throughout the entire test process, which is a great ringing test.
- The letters are 1.00 mm in height.
- If you're not using high acceleration and travel speeds, you're unlikely to encounter any issues.
Hole test
- Diameter of the headlight: 5.00 mm
- The diameter of the supercharger hole is 2.30 mm.
- The rear central hole
- Side tube hole

According to the direction I set, it prints sideways.
