I also found them to be far taller than needed for my purposes/getting my fingers in to get stuff out, so I print all the boxes scaled to be 40mm high instead of their default height I've printed some to be 20mm high as well and double stack them for things that I only have a few of. The Bambu Studio file has them already at the 40mm height.
