Summary
A remix from this fantastic design set:
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4271761
I simply closed the end, made the walls a little thicker, and tightened up the fit slightly.
The one with the hole fits a 1/2" PVC snugly.
The half is for the intake end- I cut my downspout in half to make the channel easier to clean- just fit the bottom half inside the top half and the ridges snap in nicely.

Notes:
PETG is a food-safe material, others can leech. One note however, 3D printing is generally not considered food safe, because bacteria has so many tiny places to grow. There are ways to coat it with epoxy to fix that issue, but I have just been using these in my prototyping. (Injection mold with PVC material is my eventual plan)
