This frog prints in two parts (body and cape).  To attach the cape, simply (gently) pull the cape apart and snap onto the neck.  Although this is a remix, I have significantly changed the model's face. I have also added a loop on the back for a key ring.  A jump-ring size of 10mm is recommended. 

If you have problems printing the cape, turn on a brim. I did not have any issues but everyone's printer is a little different. 

If you are printing in multicolor, be sure to check your flush settings if you are using strong colors.
