A simple Raspberry Pi 4 case designed to hold a 2.5" HDD or SSD alongside the board. The layout allows for use with a passive cooling case, making it suitable for quiet setups where active cooling isn’t needed.
Hardware:
Along with the Raspberry Pi, SSD or HDD, and SATA-to-USB cable, you’ll need four M3x5 screws to mount the Pi onto the drive, and another four to secure the drive to the case sides. You can also use M3x5 or longer screws to fasten the case together, though this isn’t strictly necessary if you don’t mind a slightly looser fit.
Differences between the remix and the original:
Removed the fan mount to simplify the design and reduce overall size.
Added more space for a large SATA-to-USB adapter.
Enabled access to GPIO pins.
Added a Raspberry Pi logo on the top for better passive cooling a for a better look.
