In my case, the text highlighters "ErichKrause Visioline V-16 Neon+Past" were ideal. A strip of self-adhesive sound insulation 1mm thick was glued into the “bed” of each marker; now the markers do not slide spontaneously, but are also easy to take out.

В моем случае идеально подошли текстовыделители "ErichKrause Visioline V-16 Neon+Past". В "кроватку" каждого маркера была наклеена полоска самоклеящейся шумоизоляции 1мм толщиной, теперь маркеры самопроизвольно не скользят, но также легко достаются.
