Summary

Just a couple minor tweaks.

• Boost adapters gained a slight tapering at the end of the axle to help center the hub with a snug fit
• Knurled boost adapter has a thru-hole allowing for any length threaded rod--support for Boost and SuperBoost with same adaptor
• Sensor holder was shortened, given a counter-sunk mounting screw, and gained a longer channel guide (also narrower)
