Summary
I designed this 3D printed replacement part that I call Axle inner m4. I designed this 3D printed part to replace the original Axle that it actually came with this RC vehicle and since I broke one of minds and I had the material necessary, so I decided to design a new one and have it 3D printed out. After a few test runs and failures I came up with this version of this axle that I call Axle inner m4. I redesigned this version by widening up the whole that a 2.5 mm screw that is used to inserted the rc wheel go on. By widening up to 3 mm to make the screw beefier and durable and easier to get. From a hardware store like Ace or from traxxas they should have them at you have at your local hobby shops, but also you will need washers of the correct size to help hold the RC will down. And the screws themselves need to be of the correct link as will just like the original ones that came with the RC vehicle if the screws are too short the axle itself will break just like the original one so be aware of that. If you wish to download this file depending upon your 3D printer that you got set your 3D printer accordingly you know the drill. And this needs to be 3D printed and nylon at 100%, and also needs to be 3D printed standing up as you see in the in one of the photos. After 3D printing it and have it cleaned up and with the right rotary tool bit to remove any excess material. And you can go ahead replace or upgrade by install it on your dog bone then you can install it in your RC vehicle. Then after that you're done so enjoy.

This item must be 3 D printed standing up using brim about 12 mm. As seen in one of the photos. this is only to be a temporary repair or upgrade. My recommendation is to upgrade the drive shafts with all metal ones. that they sale on Amazon or Ebay. Unless you can have this made out of metal. Or in better filament. That would be my best recommendation. And your transmitter must be set on the EPA. About 58%. On the Full Throttle. And reverse the same as well. so the 3D printed axles will be able to withstand. the motor system if it in is brushed or brushless. I set my transmitter this way just to be cautious.
