Summary
This is a simple mount for a Colorlight 5A-75B v8 panel controller card. The mount was designed to save space by mounting the card on it's long edge vertically. The card only press-fits into the mount, and I found it holds the card very firmly.
The design features two countersunk holes for mounting.
