Summary
This is a desktop case for the pi 4b.
Most cases only hold the pi, power supply and oher equipment need their own cases. I don't like these as they are not stand-alone and you have lots of cables laying around.
This case holds a 5v 4A power supply available from a.o. aliexpress and can hold upto 2 SATA disks or 1 disk and a power backup-unit. Also there is a space for own equipment. For me I also added a fan and a small amplifier with 3W speakers (3.2cm mount). I used a 12V fan, with a step-up converter I changed the 5V to 9V which is still almost noiseless but gives more cooling than just 5V.
There is space between the case and cover to allow a flatcable from the GPIO's to an expansion board
There a several 4mm holes, 1cm apart, to mount own devices

I printed the body with the power-supply side down and normal supports. I found that using a brim avoids the corners coming up, it may be my set-up though and not required in your case
The small hole in the corner allows the feed of a 2-wire power cord.
When installing components, start with the speaker close to the power supply (if applicable) and nest the power supply: first connect the wires, then mount it. To reach the hole in the bottom left may be hard, use a long magnetic screwdriver. After that is done, the power switch can be mounted.
Next thing is to install the Pi, you want to be able to reach the mounting holes via the large holes. Finally you can install the extra equipment (i my cases start with the amplifier below the fan)
on the Pi side, left the upper hole is for a safe power-down button, then a real power off switch. Next to that there is a optional gap for cables. The audio cable that goes to the Pi's output and a 5V USB cable to the USB port. I made an adapter to fit a standard USB cable, it is also possible to cut of the flat USB connector and connect the wires of the cable directly to the power supply.
On the other side you can mount 2 speakers and a fan. Below the fan is a hole for volume control. The walls are 2mm wide, so in tinkercad it is easy to close these holes and make your own version of the case. I also added a design with no fan/speaker holes in the extra equipment space
cover:
The cover is printed standing up, with the pi cooling gaps up. This avoids supports.
It was printed with brim, to avoid it comes loose from the heatbed, and supports set to 3mm minimum support area
to mount the cover, first you need to melt-in 5 M3 melt-in nuts in the body
