Bottle Details

My paint bottles are:

• 34mm wide at the base
• 28mm wide at the cap
• 99mm tall

This means that 6 of them side-by-side would be 204mm, leaving 16mm of build plate left for walls, frame, and screw holes.

It's a tight fit.

Print Instructions

TURN OFF SKIRT

Well, actually, start one print with skirt on so that you can be sure you're printing in the middle of your build plate. THEN turn off skirt.

It'll save headaches later.

Parts

For each "shelf," you'll need:

• 1x Paint_Shelf_Cap
• 1x Paint_Shelf_Base
• 4x Paint_Shelf_Support

Then, to connect the shelves, I recommend 2 clips for each front-facing adjacent side and 1 rear clip.

Additionally, I added 2 clips to the bottom/front of my shelves to have them lean backward slightly, letting gravity keep them rigid.

And, for the love of Goat, do NOT use brims or supports

Installation Tips

Keep a hobby blade (or scalpel if you're fancy) nearby and if the bottle doesn't slide smoothly into position, trim the edge of the hole - the tolerances are super small on this print and it's likely that one or two of your slots will need trimming.

If you print too quickly, the screw holes will be difficult to screw into - if you have a technique for "tapping" the screws first, do that (or print slowly).
