Summary
65mm true X whoop toothpick frame. 65mm is measured diagonally from the motor center shaft.
This was inspired by someone else's design. (I cant find the original link Lol)
I made this because I wanted a frame that was the right size (65mm) to be able to swap my whoop components over to the toothpick frame for better outdoor performance.
(You will need a set of rubber standoff gummies if your whoop doesn't have any)
You will need a rubber band to hold the battery in place on the bottom
Fits standard 35mm whoop aios.
Fit standard whoop motors.
Fits standard 300mah 1s batteries.
Battery knubs on bottom to prevent battery from twisting or coming loose in flight.
Custom designed and real life tested frame design.
Cutouts WITHOUT compromise!
Cross bracing for extra rigidity.
Weighs in at only 2.6 grams 100% infill with PLA!!
I've included a STEP file. Please feel free to modify and change this design!
Lmk if yall want a parts list I can edit this and add it later.

.08 to .16ish

Notes:
Make sure to put the flat side down when slicing. The flat side is technically the top of the frame
Make sure your printer can print fine details. This is a high detail part with features that need to be printed to the best quality for the best product.
I have yet to test this with more than 2 walls. maybe it would behave different with more walls and no infill?
Do not pull the frame off the bed early as it will warp the frame affecting flight performance. leave it on until its cool.
