This is a quick adapter I made to use Elegoo cardboard tubes in my Creality CFS.

I haven't done any thorough testing but the wheels grip it very well and a few quick test prints worked flawlessly.

You MUST wait till the PLA is cool before prying off the print bed or else you run the risk of warping the rings.

The pins should just barely fit into the cut outs and will be very snug when positioned correctly but shouldn't require any force.
