Lotion pump bottles leave a lot of product behind. I wanted something to invert the bottle to drain the last drops and have an easy way to dispense the lotion.

I found this model at MakerWorld (https://makerworld.com/en/models/1981279-flip-it-shampoo-cap#profileId-2131259). But that model requires supports and I decided to design a version that does not require supports. (Not sure if this action constitutes a remix. Please let me know if it does. But I did model this from blank and only used the other designer's file to figure out the thread sizing.)

If your printer can do overhangs measured at 30 degrees from horizontal plane, this model can be printed without supports. Print with the legs upwards. Use external or internal brim if it has difficulty sticking to your build plate as the contact surface is only a diameter 33mm ring with 3mm annulus.

The cap uses a small taper in the center hole and plug to close off flow. This design is meant for thicker fluids like lotion and shampoo. Thinner fluids will probably leak around the cap walls. This model has a wide stance as the bottles I have are generally quite large and I wanted to ensure stability. Probably not necessary in the long run. Once the lotion settles to the cap, the weight distribution should be more stable.

It does take considerable force when first assembling the cap to the body, as it has to overcome a bump that later acts to retain the cap. Still thinking of a way to reduce the required force using some sort of design tweak. I would appreciate any advice. Thanks.
