Summary
So when i use my pico 4 with a 90° bend USBC to USBC cable so fast charging works, then i litterly break one Cable a month probably because i like to sleep in vr... and i even had to turn in the Pico once because the USBC in the headset broke a solder joint.... so ya ... this will hopefully prevent this ... i just used a bunch of hot glue to attach it and it seems to work good so far.
Edit: This is me, literally 1 or 2 years later.... hotglue works great even without surface prep (roughing up) ... and it does in fact safe USBC cables. I also find, its not in the way at all... litterly the only bad thing is, its really hard to take the Cable out of the Headset. Kinda need to use something pointy to push it from behind, that way its a lot easier... but i never take out the cable anyway.
Sadly as obviously apparent the second print didn't run as well the first one looks better but it was a little big...still it shouldn't be too hard to print if you are ready to take more then 20 mins for it ...
if requested i will gladly provide the fusion file for it as well with a ... half bad 3d scan and the two pictures i used to get this to fit ...
