A simple mount for a 92mm fan, rests on the ground and faces up (would work fine in reverse). I use this for a convection circulation of heat in my printing enclosure, so I can keep the roof from being too hot and circulate air without direct airflow on the parts being printed. There's 40mm of clearance under the fan and you need to print two of them to hold it up and use it in this configuration.

Printing in a flexible material gives the mount anti-vibration properties. Will print fine and be usable in solid materials, but will be noisier.
