At the same time, a slight gap is left for easy insertion and removal
 

🔩 Hinges and buckles:

For assembling hinges and buckles, I suggest usingA metal rod with a diameter of 3 mm
You can easily find it on AliExpress or other websites
Personally, I cut a piece of fishbone nails from my camping tent, and the effect is just as good 😄
 

Recommended size:

• Front buckle:1 piece of 25 mmA long rod
• Rear hinge:2 pieces of 20 mmA long rod

💡Hint:Spray a little on the poleWD-40It's helpful for installation!

💡Hint:If you encounter a color gradient during the printing process, you need to adjust the "cleaning amount".

      - Bambu Studio > Preferences > General Settings > Flush > Disabled
      - Cleaning volume > Rinsing volume > Multiplier > =1
