Summary
Mekkyvideo's Sunlu adapter (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3050380) is great and well-designed, but my Ender-3 has a bigger spool holder tube, and I couldn't fit his design.
So I tinkered with Tinkercad and modified his model to have a bigger inner circumference (38 mm), which fits my Ender-3 tube diameter (36 mm)
