Schmidt Couplers allow for input and output shafts to be in different alignment. instead of gears this mechanical design can be used to get input torque from shat A to shaft B with great flexibility. It clips together in design, but variances in printers a dollop of glue will suffice.  

USe some graphite or simple a pencil to lubricate the bearing surfaces. This helps with fluid motion. 

Printed in PLA no supports 3 layers 55% infill.
