I had an old icebox.
It was in good condition, but I lost the drain cap.
And the cap that connects to the air bubbler I was using for fishing was broken.
I made new caps to replace them.

My icebox is the same brand as this one and I think the drain cap is similar size. I also use this ice cooler as a livewell so I put on a cap to attach the bubbler but it broke during use so I made two versions of the cap.

This is a cap for an air bubbler made by a manufacturer like Ice Cooler Box. I designed the cap based on this.

I redesigned it from the left side through trial and error.
At first, I tried to block the inside of the drain with only ABS, but water leaked out.
Secondly, I tried making a pad with TPU material only for the part that fits the drain. The sealing was good, but it was inconvenient to assemble, and it was not good because I had to use two materials.
The last one was made entirely of TPU.

This is a simple drain cap type.
Other ice cooler boxes will be similar in size.
Please refer to the drawing for usage.

This is the cap for using the air bubbler. The silver pins are wire connectors.

The wire connectors are sized as shown in the photo. You will need 3 wire connectors.

Connect the tube of the air bubbler to this pin.

The tube coming up is the exhaust tube that releases the air that has been injected. The ice cooler box is sealed, so you need an exhaust tube.
You will need 3 wire connectors.
Use one on the outside and two on the inside. Or you can put two on the outside and rotate the air exhaust to a different location.
The wire connectors are tightly assembled.
It's made of TPU, but the threads work well.
I don't remember the exact settings because it's been a while since I made it.
I printed it as slow as possible with a layer height of 0.2.
Not many people will use it, but those who need it should refer to the specs and use it.
