There are 2 versions

1- regular version for the dock

2- this version has a titting for a 40 x 40 fan to act as cooling for the switch (for those of you that like to tinker with the device ;) )

These take M3 screws, there are no heat-inserts for screwing it in

For the fan version you can use a Noctua fan for a silent version, you will need a step-up converter to step it up to 12VDC

If you use the Port cover that is included you can even use other Switches inluding the Switch Lite for charging, i have been using it with no issues

Both versions use the spring system of the dock and status LED

You might want to extend the LED so it can reach the hole for it

For printing i had the best results printing it upright like in the picture using tree supports

You will also need to file it down if it ends coming out rough

I have been using it for a while now and i have not seen any issues with the model
