This is a cover plate with three recessed bolt holes for the Hover-1 brand XLS model electric scooter.  It fits over the main pivot point in the middle of the scooter.  The original plate has a tendency to crack if the scooter tips over and impacts the pavement.  This model is flat and therefore easy to print with minimal supports.  It will also crack if the scooter tips over, but at least you can recreate one for this discontinued electric scooter.  Enjoy!
