I wanted to the change the height of an Ikea Kallax so it would sit flush with my desk. The panels are mostly empty. So after cutting off a piece, there is nothing to screw into. 

So I made this simple block that will fit inside the panel. It has a hole in the center for the big screw. 

Print with 4 walls and at high % infill and any other screws will have something to grip.
