Tough and practical little C-Clamp. Featuring a t-piece handle for more clamping force, and a simple free-rotating pad on the screw to avoid applying torque to the workpiece

Calibration and development was carried out on a Creality Ender V3 KE with Elegoo PETG Pro.  Suggested settings:

• 0.15mm layer height

• 5 wall loops, 5 top and bottom shell layers

• Alternate extra wall

• Staggered inner seams

• 50-80% multi-line infill 

• 100% infill on the pad

Once printed, insert the pin through the pad into the hole in the screw end. Find something with a suitable diameter and wind the clamp to push the pin firmly into the screw end until it bottoms out. Make sure the pad has a small amount of play in the axial direction and can rotate on the pin. Then go and clamp something
