3d printable replacement wheel for the 400lb icon creeper. I could not find a replacement wheel that either matched the others or was the correct dimensions so this was my next best solution. Designed mainly by LordConstantine with a bit of fine tuning by myself. I haven't had any issues with the current iteration but will update in the future if problems arise and it needs modified.
Recommended print settings
PET-CF filament or some other strong chemical and abrasion resistant filament
100% infill
Concentric infill
Concentric layers
Supports only on the under side of inner wheel and bearing area
Install and use
This is designed to use regular skateboard bearings. It will require slight sanding where the bearing sits to ensure a solid friction fit. I used a 5/16in bolt as that's what I had lying around but an m8 bolt should also work. I recommend a lock nut and tightening until the wheel still free spins. I did have to slightly enlarge the hole on the caster bracket.3d printable replacement wheel for the 400lb icon creeper.
