The instructions suggest using a box cutter to cut these blinds to width, but on a test cut I quickly found this would be difficult. Instead, I used a kitchenknife and this printed guide to make it easier to cut straight.
This was designed for a blade 1.4mm in width, but you can edit the parameters of the included Autodesk Fusion file if you'd like to accomodate a wider blade. the blind is about 18mm tall when stacked.
Tips for printing & using:
Print in a rigid material like PLA
This requires no supports, print on the angled end
Insert the blind from the non-angled side, as a single bridging line may get caught.
The offcut side should be the one with the label, as it tears the blind when removing it.
When marking the blind for cutting, take note of which side of the line to cut.
