This was specifically designed to go into one of the “COM” punch outs on an EG4 12000XP inverter.  This allows one to install a keystone jack inside the inverter which can be connected to the dry contacts and/or com ports.  This is designed to be screwed into the punch out from the inside so the RJ45 jack faces the exterior.
