This model works by:

• physically extending the AAA battery to AA size

• maintaining proper alignment inside the battery compartment

• transferring power using conductive material (tin foil contacts in this version)

🧩 Assembly / Usage

1. Print the model

2. Insert AAA battery into the adapter

3. Add conductive material (tin foil or similar) in the rectangular hole in the bottom

4. Place into AA battery device as normal

• Material: ABS (tested)

• Supports: Not required

• Infill: Standard (20–40% recommended)

• Orientation: As designed for best fit and strength

Important Notes

• ABS may shrink slightly; tolerances are designed around this

• Ensure conductive contact is secure and stable

• Not intended for high-drain devices (motors, high-power flashlights, etc.)

• Fit may vary slightly depending on printer calibration
