This is a very low profile non-adjustable bracket for the PXN V900 Gen 2 steering wheel.  I printed this in PLA on an Ender 3 at max speed, sliced using Cura, 10% gyroid infill, 4 walls, 0.28mm layer height, minimal supports just for the tabs.  Seem to be strong enough so far.
