Diffuser for the Olight S2 Baton flashlight.

Durable, diffuses light well. Allows you to mount the flashlight on the diffuser or in the reverse position.

Requires transparent filament (PETG or PLA). When using regular filament with a low layer count, the result is a design with low durability, and my goal was to create something that wouldn’t break on its own in my backpack or suitcase while traveling :)

My printer settings:

• 0.16mm layer height

• seam position: random

• 4 walls

• bottm surface pattern: concentric

• bottom shell layers: 6

• paint sides of diffuser with fuzzy skin (smart filll angle: 6)

• fuzzy skin point distance: 0.2

• fuzzy skin thickkness: 0.2

• variable layer height: adaptive 0.27
