Since I'm a diabetic, I have to test my blood for sugar level more often that I'd like to. Lancets, to stab my finger, do come in the foil bag, and once opened they are all over the place.  I've designed a container with ratcheting mechanism that will keep 10 lancets at a time, and about 6 steps per position change. 

There are two variants of the ratchet body, since my printer is not the best one with supports, A version (RatchetBodyA) is an unibody - if you'r printer rocks - you can use this one. B version (RatchetBodyB1 and RatchetBodyB2) requires assembly - press fitting or superglue if you do not want to play with tolerances.
