I made this model to fit the camera cut out on my S21 case. However, I have added the .3mf file so you can adjust it to fit your application. This does cover my 64mp and wide angle sensors. 99% of the time I am using the 12mp sensor, so it doesn't really affect my use case. This piece is extremely easy to install/remove as it is just sandwiched between the phone and case. It holds lenses in place great. Even the telephoto lens pictured barely moves. I used PETG with no supports or brims. You may need to clean out the threads slightly. This has held up well to a few weeks of use and no signs of the threads wearing out.
