This plug can be used with flexible filament to plug holes used to run fiber optic with SC/APC ends. This size provided will plug 29/64" (12mm) holes with a 3mm or smaller fiber optic cable. 

Print with TPU/flexible filament. I went with 50% infill and all other standard TPU settings.
