An Ender-3 could print this in roughly 2 hours (for both parts), so it's a speedy print!

Supports:

None! The 15mm hole may sag slightly at slower speeds (below 75mm/s) but should print fine on default settings for most machines!

Adhesion:

None! Whilst easy to remove, this print has a large enough surface area to have a convenient balance between ease of removal, and adhesion!

Speed:
As mentioned, low speeds can cause sagging, so take that into consideration. Ideally 100mm/s or over will work well.
