After few iterations I am proud to finally present a decent jig to mount your HTC Vive base station without making a single hole in your wall. It was originally designed to go with camera tripod with camera thread. Uses ball joint pivot from original mounting bracket. 

It securely holds the ball joint so that base station does not move, allowing an angle of around 30 degrees in any direction. I made it big enough so that no tools are needed when fastening. Also I created custom threads so that ts is easily printed in PLA and holds firm, with some wiggle room when material yields. Printed on Prusa MK3S and without post-process goes right onto the stand. I printed it in 0.2mm SPEED default profile as included.
