Important:

I highly recommend using a Brim set to "inner only" for the top parts:

The part has very little contact with the heated bed, which is why it can come loose from the bed without a brim.

Other than that, you can use your standard print settings.

Scaling:

To scale the model up just use the build in scaling feature in your slicer of choice. The model works fine up to 200% scaling, I havent tested anything beyond that.
