This is Pluto:
The speaker features a foam surround for enhanced efficiency and a large neodymium motor. However, the motor has its drawbacks, as it allows for excessive excursion and isn't very efficient. I designed this driver purely for fun.
Things you need:
5x20mm Neodymium magnets, and one big 20x20mm Neo magnet.
Assembly:
Use 0.15mm enameled copper wire for optimal performance. Before you begin, apply some glue to the voice coil structure. Start winding the wire, gluing it at intervals to ensure a secure bond. Once you've finished winding, apply glue generously around the entire coil to firmly secure it to the structure.
For gluing the spider to the chassis, as well as securing the coil to the cone and dust cap, use a two-component adhesive. To attach the surround to the chassis, use a rubber-based glue for a secure bond.
I wont update this design.
Disclaimer: The measurements taken are near-field and do not reflect the efficiency of the speaker. They are only intended to show the frequency response!
