My own take on a blower fan. Use a 40mm 24v blower fan with opening pointed down. Use one of the existing screws with no spacer placed in back left hole. Swing blower fan until it is adjusted right. No loss of any movement area. No drop in extruder temp after initial turn on. Designed to press fit into blower fan nozzle.

I used raptor PLA at 100% infill and auto generated supports to print this via S3d. Infill doesn't really matter since the walls are so thin.
