Summary
This plant pot concrete mold works well when used with smooth, high strength concrete.
I used two to one, sand to portland cement. Strengthening filament added to the concrete increases your success rate as well. The flexible plug makes it much easier to remove. 4 days curing time min. is recommended.
Later note:
Pro tip- Lately I've been pouring these with a small piece of plastic tubing shoved into the concrete in the center of the bottom. This makes a nice drain hole and also allows me to apply compressed air to the inside form. The air pops the inside form out without having to flex and pull as much. Extends the life of the form.
Remember to use a very high strength blend. I use 1 part sand to 1 part portland cement. Or buy "countertop mix" Quikrete from Home Depot and add mesh or filament.

All parts were printed flat.
The side forms were printed on one end, with a brim to help them stay in place.
I have used both 0.6 and 0.4 nozzles with success.
I used 5-7 perimeter layers to keep it rigid, but I could have gotten away with less. We plan to re-use this mold many times, so I wanted it strong.
The TPU flex plug was printed solid.
I used a single large hose clamp to hold the assembly together while I poured the concrete, but any clamp or printed ring would suffice.
Of course, the scale can be changed as desired for smaller pots.
I included two extra outer mold pieces with embossed designs for detailed plant pots.
